Note: Registration for Talk with Sri M is non-refundable.

What happens after the cutoff date?

No refunds will be issued after the cutoff date.

How do I request a cancellation?

Email events.blossomfdnj@gmail.com with your order ID, full name, and email address. If you are requesting a partial cancellation, clearly specify which participant or participants are included.

If you are the primary registrant and other participants on your registration wish to remain eligible to attend, please state this clearly in your cancellation email and identify those participants by their full name. We will hold their spots for 24 hours from the time we send you confirmation that we've received and processed your cancellation, subject to the applicable registration requirements. Eligible remaining participants must submit a new registration within that 24-hour period in order to attend.

What happens when the primary registrant cancels?

If the person who made the registration cancels their participation, the entire registration will be canceled. Any refund will be issued in accordance with the applicable refund policy.

Can a canceled participant’s spot be transferred or reassigned?

A spot belonging to a participant who canceled cannot be transferred, reassigned, or used to register a new person as part of the re-booking. That canceled participant’s spot will be released and returned to the registration queue.

Can another adult from the original registration attend?

If the primary registrant has notified us in the cancellation request that another adult on the canceled registration wishes to attend, that adult may make a new registration within 24 hours of being notified that the cancellation has been processed. We will hold that adult’s spot for the same 24 hour period, subject to the applicable registration requirements.

What if a minor was included on the original registration with another parent or legal guardian?

If the other adult is a parent or legal guardian of a minor included on the original registration, and the primary registrant has identified both individuals as wishing to attend, the adult may register both themselves and the minor within the same 24-hour period. We will hold spots for both individuals for 24 hours accordingly.

If the other adult is not the minor’s parent or legal guardian, that adult may re-register only themselves within the 24-hour period. The minor’s registration will be canceled, and the minor’s spot cannot be held or re-registered by that adult.

What happens to a minor’s registration if the parent or legal guardian cancels?

If a minor is registered with only one adult who is their parent or legal guardian, and that adult cancels their registration, the minor’s registration will be automatically canceled as well. No exceptions will be made.

For information about whether another parent or legal guardian may re-register with the minor, please see “What if a minor was included on the original registration?”
